Therese, a grandmother to 9 grandchildren, has the patience of a saint. She is known to sneak in yummy snacks to the children and spoil them all rotten. She prides herself in making everyone feel welcomed in the mornings upon arrival and gets so excited when the children bring her flowers.. 

 

Therese has been at Kids Oasis since October 2013. 

Bachelor of Education (Birth to Twelve Years)

Marina runs Kids Oasis from behind the scenes with innovation and creativity. She has an amazing capacity to provide strong leadership, always taking active responsibility for the safety, supervision and development of her staff. 

 

Marina’s prime role is to ensure that the centre is kept up to date with compliance, technology, regulations, policies & procedures, family accounts, funding applications, etc.

 

Having previously worked both in primary education and also alongside disadvantaged and vulnerable children Marina brings extensive knowledge and experience on education and school readiness to our centre.

Marina has been at Kids Oasis since October 2013. 

Working towards a Certificate III in Children's Services

 

A big kid at heart and a father to two beautiful children, Adrian loves connecting and watching the children learn and grow. He will focus more on training children to be their own version of a superhero. His favourite thing to do with the children is play outdoor sports, read wondrous books and play 'tickle monster'. Adrian has an energy which will get the children excited and moving and is a great male role model. He is also Marina's amazing husband..

Diploma in Children's Services

 

Paulina is a passionate, creative and dedicated early childhood professional who has been part of the Kids Oasis team since March 2018. Paulina is always looking for new and exciting ways to motivate children to learn, explore and engage with the world around them. She is remarkably creative and has a wonderful ability to transform everyday spaces and resources into meaningful sensory and hands-on learning experiences.

With a sustainable and resourceful approach to her pedagogy, Paulina focuses on creating experiences that support children’s learning through movement, music, creativity and play. Her love for early learning is clear through the beautiful learning environments and displays she creates, as well as the strong relationships she builds with children, families and educators.

Paulina is fluent in both Spanish and English, and brings warmth, energy and culture into the service each day. Her passion, leadership and commitment to children’s learning make her a valued part of the Kids Oasis community.

 

Paulina has been with Kids Oasis since March 2018.  

Diploma in Community Services (Centre Based Care)

 

Melissa is a gentle soul who has an enormous amount of love for our children and treats them as her very own. She works directly with our 2-5 year olds and is exceptionally motivated to help our preschoolers grow and be as prepared as possible for BIG School! Melissa places a strong focus on inclusive pedagogies and has a passion for working with children who struggle with disabilities or anxiety. She is well known in the Kingsgrove community having been an early childhood educator in the Kingsgrove area for over since 1999 and she remembers everyone of her past students. 

 

Melissa has been working at Kids Oasis since it opened in 2011. 

Diploma in Children's Services

 

A grandmother to two beautiful boys Dimi is very maternal and loving towards our children. Miss Dimi focuses on the children's needs and is often the educator children run to when they need something. She knows all our children like the back of her hand! She is a veteran in the early learning industry and is always wanting to learn more.  She loves listening to the children's exciting stories and makes sure to ask lots of questions to challenge their thinking! Dimi is fluent in children's gibberish, Greek and English. Dimi has been working with Melissa since 1999! They are a great duo and we are blessed to have them be such long standing educators!  

 

Dimi has been worked at Kids Oasis since June 2012.

Bachelor of Education (Birth to Twelve Years)

Lyn, a graduate from Australian Catholic University, is a very patient Teacher who has chosen to specialize in getting children ready for big school! She has taken on Marina's school readiness program and put her own flare to it and the children are loving participating in it. As she works part time managing a tutoring centre for primary and secondary aged children she has a strong understanding of what children need to get the best head start to primary aged education. She loves being dramatic and making the children laugh and has developed many special connections with our preschoolers. Lyn also has a passion for working alongside Allied Health Professionals to give the children in her care the best start to life.

Lyn has been at Kids Oasis since October 2022.

Sofia is a kind and nurturing educator with a naturally soft and caring heart. She has a genuine passion for supporting and educating our youngest children in the 0–3 age group, creating a calm, safe and loving environment where they feel secure and understood.

Sofia takes the time to build strong, meaningful bonds with each child, learning their individual routines, cues, personalities and needs. Her gentle approach allows children to feel comforted, supported and confident as they grow, explore and develop in their early years.

Daniella is a young, passionate and caring educator who brings so much warmth and joy to the children each day. Her gentle and responsive approach allows her to build strong connections with the children, ensuring they feel seen, heard and supported. Daniella’s fun and playful personality makes her a true crowd favourite, with the children naturally drawn to her kind heart and sense of humour. She creates a happy and engaging environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn.

Gianella is a fun, vibrant and energetic educator who began her career in early childhood education in January 2012 and continues to absolutely love what she does. Coming from a Latin background, Gianella brings warmth, energy and personality into the room each day, matching the children’s enthusiasm beautifully. She is loved by all the children and has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Gianella is particularly skilled at finding innovative and practical ways to strengthen inclusion practices within the centre, ensuring all children feel supported, valued and able to participate meaningfully in the program.

 

Gianella has been at Kids Oasis since March 2026. 

Certificate III in Children's Services

Nelochana is extremely patient and caring, a mother herself to two big boys she has an innate ability to help children with diverse needs. She cooks a mean curry in the sandpit and in the kitchen and loves to laugh and play with the children. She has a quirky and fun sense of humor and loves making the girls on the team laugh whilst also being a huge help for them. She is very versatile and is happy to take on any role or responsibility we throw at her. 

 

Nelo has been working at Kids Oasis since April 2013.

Certificate III in Children's Services

 

Jie is a whiz in the kitchen, she works with Nelochana to feed our beautiful children the most appetizing home cooked meals.  Jie creates and cooks a 4 week rotating menu for each season in consultation with Paulina, Marina and our Munch and Move advisors. She loves cooking casseroles and baking delicious treats for us all to enjoy. She also offers to help with educating the children and supporting the teachers when she has spare time and her kind and gentle soul has proven to be a wonderful asset to our team!

 

Jie has been working with Kids Oasis since February 2019.
